Can my PayPal email address be different from my preferred email address for communication (contact email)?
Why was my product revoked?
RD2RD may archive (revoke) products that have not sold for one year from the initial listing date or generated any sales for a period of one year.
Additionally products may be removed from the marketplace at the full discretion of RD2RD for any reason.
When a product is revoked, vendor receives an automated email notification.
Outstanding earning for any revoked product are not impacted. Earnings can be viewed on the earnings tab of the vendor dashboard.
